The salad was to. die. for. I've never liked to have sweet ingredients in food, but now a new culinary world has appeared to me. I was a bit hesitant when I showed the recipe(which btw is from the magazine wellness) to my father, but it ended up really good!
If you want to try it out (I really recommend you to) then read below :)
You will need:
- 250 g hallmoumi cheese
- 1 box yellow cocktail tomatoes
- 1 box red cocktail tomatoes
- 1/2 watermelon
- 3/4 dl olive oil
- 1/2 garlic wedge
- pressed salt and pepper
- 1/2 jar basil
Do like this: Cut the melon in triangle slices. Chop the basil and slice the halloumi cheese into small cubes. Grill the tomatoes and halloumi cheese for a few minutes. Put the tomatoes, melon and halloumi in a bowl. Mix the oil with the pressed garlic, salt, pepper and the basil. Put the dressing over the salad. Serve and enjoyyy!
