Yesterday's Summary.

Yesterday was a really interesting day. I tried the 'one heat a.m. fat burner capsules', I do not regret taking it, but I do regret HOW I took it. I didn't really think too much when I took a capsule in the morning... BEFORE breakfast. I must say that was a stupid thing for me to do. I felt really dizzy and ill for about an hour. I will not make the same mistake again, but that doesn't mean that I will stop taking them. Becaaaause after I ate and drank like a billion of waterbottles I felt really good, like really good and super energetic. So I waited for my mom in the hope that she wanted to workout and help me get rid of energy.
 

When my mom came home we went on a badass PW down to the harbor (just too bad I forgot to pause the app when we were taking pictures of the beautiful view). Thanks to the capsule I got a lot of energy and walked like I've never walked before. I tend to get really tired and slow after a normal walk, so that I had energy left after the PW was a new thing for me. So I'm excited to continue using it... after breakfast! haha

 
Not too much is new, more than I'm getting more and more comfortable in my skin again and it feels good. I've never been completely comfortable before, so that's something I'm striving towards. I'm not saying I'm trying to get a "perfect body" (whatever that really is), I know I won't ever get one but I can have the best version of my own body and that's all I can wish for.

Bränner de verkligen fett? alltså när man powerwalkar eler måste man köra hårt på gym för de ska funka?

Svar: Jag har hört från andra som har använt dessa att det funkar även fastän man inte tränar, men det blir ju såklart MYCKET bättre resultat när man tränar. Sedan så är det ju så att du får mycket energi av dem, så du kommer orka förbränna mer än vad du hade gjort utan :)
