I just realized that I havenät written anything this month.... for shame Jonna, for shame.
So here comes a little post that I to fill up this empty little blog.

No specific recipe, this is just a mix of things we had at home. A little this and a little that, I don't know how much of each ingredient we used but here's a little list.
 
Blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, quark, banana aaaaand protein powder.

 

Super Healthy Crunchy Peanut Butter, Protein, Coconut Cookies!

I'm gonna let these babies speak for themselves!

 1,25dl natural organic crunchy peanut butter (mine comes from Fitnessguru.com)
 25g Milk chocolate protein powder (This too came from Fitnessguru.com)
 egg whites from 1 egg
 1 tsp baking powder
 1 tsp vanilla powder
 half dl shredded cocnut
 2 tbsp stevia

Put the oven on 170 C. Blend all of the above ingredients in a big bowl. Roll into small bolls and flatten them carefully. Let them be in the oven for about 10-15 minutes. Take them out and let them cool down for a while. Dig in!
